Armed with a wealth of practical and theoretical knowledge of racebikes, and sharing a passion for V-twins, Dean Mondor teamed up with Glenn Cauley as co-founder of GDRacing Canada Motorsports Team. For the 2009-2011 race seasons, Dean advised on Racing Development when the team ran litre twin racebikes.

Living in Kinburn, Canada, Dean's roadracing career took him into the USA in the WERA circuit, where he became a Pro Superbike racer. Dean was a professional auto mechanic for 20 years and also an instructor at Algonquin College in the Automotive Trades Program. He currently works for New Flyer as a service trainer.
